COUGH / COLD / ASTHMA REMEDY RECIPE


Coughing is the body's natural response to clear the respiratory tract of irritants, mucus, or foreign particles. Although often perceived as a nuisance, coughing is actually a defense mechanism that helps maintain the health of the respiratory system.

The causes of coughing are varied, ranging from viral infections such as the flu or common cold, allergies, cigarette smoke, air pollution, to medical conditions like asthma, GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease), or lower respiratory tract infections. Coughing can also be a symptom of serious illnesses such as pneumonia or tuberculosis.

Herbal Remedy Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons of ginger powder
  • 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons of turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 cup of honey (50 ml)

Instructions:

Blend all the ingredients together, transfer the mixture into a glass container, and store it in the refrigerator. Consume 1 tablespoon in the morning and 1 tablespoon at night.
